Samsung Accessibility Shortcuts Keep Popping Up

I have had a Samsung UN40ES6100F Smart TV for a couple years now and accept been more than or less happy with it. Besides normal cable Television, I basically just utilize the Netflix app and things accept worked fine until this evening (4/thirteen/2015).

While watching cablevision television this evening I started having the Television receiver betoken interrupted by a screen labeled SyncPlus, which is apparently some kind of Samsung ad service. It seems to want me to concord to their terms of service for SyncPlus, which I practise not want to do. There is no explicit choice for disagreeing to the terms of service, only a check box which tin can be selected to concord. I can exit out of it with my remote but it will pop support after a infinitesimal or two. When it pops up both the video and audio from cable TV are completely blocked. It does non seem to interrupt me if I'one thousand using the Smart Idiot box features.

Does anyone know how to disable these interruptions? The Tv was not giving me these interruptions as of concluding dark, I take no interest in this service, and I'd rather non agree to the terms of service as from what I can tell it besides involves some amount of information collection. Whatsoever advice is almost appreciated.

Only got washed speaking with Samsung customer service. Here was their solution:

1. Become to Carte >> System >> Setup and navigate to Smart Hub Terms & conditions page.

2. Under Smart Hub Terms & conditions page uncheck the SyncPlus and Marketing option, then Consummate setup .

3. After the Setup unplug and re-plug the Tv set to stop the adds related to SyncPlus.

Be sure that you take exited the SyncPlus screen in club to become to Setup in step 1. For pace 3 y'all take to unplug the Idiot box from the wall.

I believe it always better to visually observe settings being changed than trying to explain it because I might say go to your Smarthub managing director and you might non know what I am talking about. If your tv has voice recognition and it irritates yous, disable that while you lot are in there.

Unfortunately I've tried that. After talking with Samsung support with on-line conversation, information technology seems that the only recall we missed was the unplugging for 60 seconds then plugging back in. Information technology seems to have stopped it.

This merely started happening to the states today. It is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. So far, the above instructions don't work. The merely thing that has worked so far (for a few hours at least) is unplugging the tv for a minute and plugging it back in. We take a Samsung JS8500 4k tv. At present I feel like our $iii,000 Samsung Smart Goggle box is a piece of junk because of the SyncPlus pop-upwards advertizing that happens every 2 minutes. That's about all I tin can say for now as the rest of what I do want to say isn't fit for public consumption.

I would also like to add together that we have checked the box under SyncPlus settings that says "DISABLE". When I view the carte button on the popular-up box, information technology says OFF. So at this bespeak, I just want to scream.

I received a SyncPlus popular up on my Samsung Smart TV today as well and nothing I exercise is working. It say my smart hub Pivot is wrong besides, and so I just don't know what to practise.

I just got off the Telephone with client back up at Samsung. After you disable the service in the carte du jour (bill of fare-smart hub-terms & policy-syncPlus and marketing-disable syncPlus) close the menu. And so with the tv still turned on unplug information technology from power. Leave it unplugged for two minutes. When you lot plug information technology back in the problem is stock-still.

Never mind! This is working for me now.

Hit the menu push button on your smartTV remote>click smart hub>Scroll over and down to terms & policy>coil down to "SyncPlus and Marketing">check the disable box>unplug your tv for 30 seconds and so plug it dorsum in!

This worked for me I hope it helps you guys:)

And so very frustrating! The style our tv is mounted I could not simply unplug it afterwards following the directions - and so I had to throw the billow for this expanse of the firm! I'chiliad then glad y'all posted this and am very thankful for the responses. Fingers crossed this works, but and so far so good. I'm notwithstanding going to make a call to Samsung tomorrow!

I accept a samsung un55js700dfxza I got from costco February 2nd 2016 for $1,000.

I went out for dinner tonight with family. When I came dorsum I just wanted to relax and this kept happening. The best mode would be to only accept and join sync plus (equally long as its free). Just I am not sure if I want to join so I am trying this. The Smart Hub is under the menu straight and not in system. Under terms and policy I see options for Syncplus and marketing. If I disable that it will all the same popups. I unplugged the Telly from the back for two minutes and now all is adept.

I found the answer on some other site since none of the ones on hither worked. To disable, you lot need to go to Carte > Smart Hub, then select the various Terms & Atmospheric condition and Privacy policies in that section, mainly SyncPlus and Yahoo. Uncheck whatsoever boxes for 'Agree', or check boxes for 'Disagree' (whichever is applicable). I found the default pin for to be 0000 and now that I reset it my Television receiver has calmed down. This only started happening must exist a software update (based on how current these posts are)

I just went to bill of fare>smart hub>reset smart hub and entered the pivot and didn't take to unplug or anything. It has stopped now and TV is working correctly now.
